Will you give or sell my details to anyone else?

We only collect your information for two reasons: to enable us to process your order and to deliver it to the correct location. We will NEVER sell or give your details to anyone else who is not carrying out a delivery of ordered goods on our behalf unless we are legally obliged to do so. If your order is to be delivered directly from a supplier, we will give the supplier (or the delivery company) your address. If this is not acceptable, please advise us at the time of ordering. This may incur delays and additional delivery charges as your order will have to be delivered to us first. At no time do we keep sensitive information including passwords or credit card details.

Will I receive a string of e-mails or letters from you after I make a purchase?

No. Apart from sending you an invoice, receipt or delivery notification, we will only contact you to advise you of a manufacturer’s product recall or other information about items we have supplied.
